UNION COLLEGE - Multicultural Open House will be Thursday, November 11. Prosopective families can tour Union with a student, meet professors, and hear about the Admissions and Financial Aid processes from staff. Free bus transportation will be available from Manhattan (at 7:30 a.m.) to Schenectedy.

Perspectives at HOLY CROSS --
is an overnight program for students interested in learning about multicultural life at Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Students of African-American, Latin American, Asian-American and Native American descent are encouraged to attend. Sample a night in a residence hall. Attend fun social events. Looking for an "INROAD" to a successful career? INROADS is a program that helps business and industry develop talented young people of color for professional careers. INROADS recruits outstanding African-American, Hispanic, and Native American students. Its pre-college component prepares high school students for college. Then, INROADS places college students in two-to-five year paid internships with participating organizations and trains them for corporate and community leadership. You are eligible for this program if you have a minimum 2.5 GPA (3.0 is preferred), a combined SAT score of 900 or better (Critical Reading and Math), or rank within the top 10% of your class. The Fairfield-Westchester affiliate program is located right here in Stamford.
