We are excited to announce a trip to Madrid, Spain during the April vacation. Students interested in going should speak with their Spanish teacher or Ms. Herz before November 7, 2011. The first deposit for the trip is due on November 10 to Ms. Herz.
The World Language Department at Westhill High School offers sequences in four languages : French, Italian, Latin, and Spanish with AP courses in both French and Spanish. We currently hold memberships in four national honor societies. Our goal is to offer an exciting language experience to as many students as possible. Teachers are constantly exploring new ways to bring language study to life through hosting foreign students, international travel, and other real-world experiences.
