Westhill

Construction of the new Westhill is scheduled to begin in June 2026. The new Westhill Construction Team met with families on Thursday, October 16, 2025. A recording of the meeting is available here and the slides can be viewed here. 

Please note that  there will be many changes to the Westhill Campus over the next 3+ years to accommodate construction of the new school.  Please review these slides to see how the Westhill campus will change in 2026 to accommodate construction of the new Westhill High School. We understand that these changes will create inconveniences, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to build a new, modern, and state-of-the art Westhill High School.

Building a better future for Stamford Public Schools

In December 2022,  in support of the SPS Long-term Facilities Plan, the state approved the construction of a new Westhill High School building with an 80% reimbursement rate (occupancy targeted for 2028-2029).
