2024 Summer School for Grades 9-12

Summer courses for high school students will take place from June 20th through July 26th. Students will have the opportunity to recover credit in previously enrolled courses. This opportunity is available to all qualifying high school students starting with those entering grades 10, up to students attempting to complete grade 12. For many students, this will provide the necessary credits for graduation.

COMMUNITY NIGHT FOR SUMMER SCHOOL - HIGH SCHOOL (GRADES 9-12)

Come and learn more about this year’s summer high school registration process, what courses are offered, and much more!

THURSDAY JUNE 6, 2024, 6 PM - 7 PM, 5TH FLOOR GOVERNMENT CENTER

We encourage all students and their families to attend if they have not passed a course or believe they will not be passing at least one class during the 23/24 school year. *Un Consejero académico que habla español estará disponible*

 

Summer School Registration - In-Person

Registration will take place IN-PERSON at WHS in the media center on June 17th & 18th 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Parents are not required to attend, but are welcome!

 

Summer School Registration - By Phone

We will offer a Limited number of phone conference registration time slots on June 17th and 18th

High School-Summer School will hold phone registration conferences on June 17th and June 18th at the following times: 

  • 8:00 am - 10:00 am
  • 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm 
  • 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm 

Phone registration is for parents who cannot come in person. Conference appointments will last approximately seven (7) minutes.

Beginning on June 14th at 7:00 am, you can schedule a conference with any of the summer school counselors including English and Spanish-speaking counselors. Go to the WHS my conference site at https://www.myconferencetime.com/westhill. Once on the website, click on the Summer School folder and select a counselor and a time slot. 

Please note that the school counselor will contact you via the phone number you provide at the time that you select. Please make sure that you answer the phone at your selected time. 

Conference calendars will close at midnight, on June 15th to give counselors time to prepare. Please schedule all conferences before that time to ensure availability. Conference appointments for high school summer school registration will open on June 14th at 7 am and close on June 15th at midnight.
