WHAT? The 2025 Senior Internship Experience
WHEN? Senior Internship Experience (SIE) will take place from 5/19 – 6/6/25
HOW? The SIE application will be available by clicking the link HERE: 2025 SENIOR INTERNSHIP APPLICATION *The form will be open from 1/21/25 to 3/14/25.*

OR? You can ‘SELF-DESIGN’ an internship with approval from the SIE staff. Company/supervisor contact information is due by 4/11/25.
WHY? The purpose of SIE is for seniors in good standing to participate in career-connected learning. It’s a chance to learn more about a career field or explore an area of interest. It’s a chance to prepare you for the next stage of life, either academic or professional, by giving you a taste of life outside of school.
WHO? Seniors must meet the following prerequisites to participate:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Teacher approval submission
- Must meet grade, attendance, and behavior requirements for semesters 1 and 2 of senior year
- Must not have failed or be in danger of failing any senior year course (this includes Physical Education)
- Must be meeting all graduation requirements
- Must complete mandatory workplace safety education
- Must complete the Senior Graduation Survey
- SIE participation subject to review and approval from parent/guardian, school counselor, principal, and SIE Coordinator
