The registration window for all 2024-25 sports is now OPEN.  It will remain open until Friday, September 13.  In order to participate in interscholastic athletics at Westhill, all student-athletes must be registered by a parent in our online registration process.  

PLEASE NOTE- we are no longer using the SportsEngine registration site. 

We are now doing all sports registrations through FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. Click on the Parent Playbook (links to both English and Spanish versions are below) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Get Help” at the bottom right.

If you already have a FinalForms site, all you have to do is log in. You will be able to sign off on the 2024-25 waivers, update information, choose your child’s sport, and add new students to your account.

If you do not currently have an account, you will need to create one first.  Once created you will be be able to sign off on the 2024-25 waivers, input/upload necessary information/forms, choose your child’s sport, and add new students to your account.  Your child/children will also need to create an account once yours is all set.  They will also have waivers to sign-off on before they can participate

A REMINDER- We are no longer accepting paper copies of athletic physicals.  All athletic physicals must be uploaded to your parental account.  The state physical form is available below.  We recommend getting your child’s current/updated physical uploaded as soon as possible.  The nurse will be checking them regularly over the summer.
