Junior Parking spaces WILL BE assigned this school year. Students MUST park is their designated parking space number. Parking spaces will be assigned on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis in the order in which this form is submitted. Westhill is a closed campus, and students are NOT allowed to leave campus during lunch.

Students who violate that agreement will face consequences including but not limited the possible loss of parking  privileges as well as other school privileges including, but not limited to; Admin Detention, ISS, OSS, forfeiture of on-campus parking privileges, attendance at school, social or sporting events, dances, proms, etc.

Parking stickers will be available by December 1.

 

Todos los campos deben completarse para ser elegible para recibir un lugar de estacionamiento en el Lote Junior para el año escolar 2022-2023.

Los espacios de estacionamiento SERÁN asignados este año escolar. Los estudiantes DEBEN estacionarse en su número de espacio de estacionamiento designado. Los espacios de estacionamiento se asignarán por orden de llegada, en el orden en que se envíe este formulario. Westhill es un plantel cerrado y los estudiantes NO pueden salir del plantel durante el almuerzo.

Los estudiantes que violen ese acuerdo enfrentarán consecuencias que incluyen, entre otras, la posible pérdida de los privilegios de estacionamiento, así como otros privilegios escolares, que incluyen, entre otras; Detención administrativa, ISS, OSS, pérdida de los privilegios de estacionamiento en el campus, asistencia a la escuela, eventos sociales o deportivos, bailes, graduaciones, etc.

Las calcomanías de estacionamiento estarán disponibles a partir del 1 de diciembre.

Senior Parking

Dear Westhill High School students and parents:

We certainly hope you are all enjoying a wonderful summer. As we prepare for the 2022-2023 school year, the time to apply for a senior parking space is fast approaching. Along with this letter, you will find a parking agreement that will need to be signed and submitted to apply for a parking space. Please be sure to thoroughly read the agreement in its entirety. There are a however a few very important items we would like to highlight here:

  • Application for a parking spot will take place via a google form that will be sent to each senior’s SCHOOL GMAIL ACCOUNT. This google form will go live on August 16th at 11am. Designated NUMBERED spaces will be assigned on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.

  • Your child will be contacted via their SCHOOL GMAIL ACCOUNT if they have received a designated space. They will be provided with a numbered space and a date and time to pick up their parking decal. Any outstanding obligations MUST be met in order to obtain a parking space (i.e. books, laptops, etc.)

  • Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or greater to apply.

  • There is NO open campus however in the rare circumstance that your child may need to leave school grounds between 7:25-2:05, your child is required to bring a note, from a parent/guardian, to the Main Office to obtain an early dismissal slip to leave campus. As we understand that some things are out of our control, in the event that a note was forgotten or your child has a last minute appointment, etc, a PARENT/GUARDIAN must call the main office.

  • Students are NOT to leave during school hours. If however your child needs to leave campus early on a regular basis, Mr. Ayala, the 12th grade administrator, will need to be notified.

  • These regulations have been established to ensure that student parking does not have a negative impact on campus safety or student learning. Students who fail to adhere to these regulations may result in disciplinary action up to and including loss of parking privileges.

Estimados estudiantes y padres de Westhill High School:

Ciertamente esperamos que todos estén disfrutando de un verano maravilloso. Mientras nos preparamos para el año escolar 2022-2023, se acerca rápidamente el momento de solicitar un espacio de estacionamiento para personas mayores. Junto con esta carta, encontrará un contrato de estacionamiento que deberá firmar y enviar para solicitar un espacio de estacionamiento. Asegúrese de leer detenidamente el acuerdo en su totalidad. Sin embargo, hay algunos elementos muy importantes que nos gustaría destacar aquí:

  • La solicitud de un lugar de estacionamiento se realizará a través de un formulario de Google que se enviará a cada estudiante de último año. CUENTA GMAIL ESCOLAR. Este formulario de Google se activará en 16 de agosto el a las 11 a. m. Designado NUMERADO los espacios se asignarán en un PRIMERO QUE LLEGA PRIMERO SERVIDO base.

  • Su hijo será contactado a través de su CUENTA GMAIL ESCOLAR si han recibido un espacio designado. Se les proporcionará un espacio numerado y una fecha y hora para recoger su calcomanía de estacionamiento. Cualquier obligación pendiente DEBER cumplir con el fin de obtener un espacio de estacionamiento (es decir, libros, computadoras portátiles, etc.)

  • Los estudiantes deben tener un GPA de 2.0 o más para aplicar.

  • NO hay campus abierto sin embargo, en el raro caso de que su hijo deba abandonar la escuela entre las 7:25 y las 2:05, su hijo debe traer una nota de un padre/tutor a la oficina principal para obtener un comprobante de salida anticipada para irse. instalaciones. Como entendemos que algunas cosas están fuera de nuestro control, en caso de que se olvide una nota o su hijo tenga una cita de última hora, etc., un PADRE/TUTOR debe llamar a la oficina principal.

  • Estudiantes son NO para salir durante el horario escolar. Sin embargo, si su hijo necesita salir temprano de la escuela reg ularmente, el Sr. Ayala, el 12 el administrador de grado, deberá ser notificado.

  • Estas regulaciones se han establecido para garantizar que el estacionamiento de los estudiantes no tenga un impacto negativo en la seguridad del campus o el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Los estudiantes que no cumplan con estas normas pueden resultar en una acción disciplinaria que puede incluir la pérdida de los privilegios de estacionamiento.
